Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Team Leader
Key Requirements:
• Must have a valid driving licence as driving is required.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is essential.
• Good plant knowledge is necessary.
• Must be comfortable using a smartphone to complete audit forms.
• Ability to coordinate with the manager regarding client needs and requirements.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about horticulture.
Key Responsibilities
• Taking pride in your work and the work of your team, ensuring attention to detail in all tasks.
• Working outdoors in a physically demanding role in all weather conditions.
• Achieving premium results in the gardens of high-end clients with high expectations.
• Bringing a strong work ethic, positive attitude, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
• Conducting regular inspections of grounds to identify additional maintenance needs and address client
issues promptly.
• Creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces with a passion for horticulture.
• Performing a variety of tasks, including mowing, trimming, planting, and debris removal.
• Confidently using all necessary machinery required for the role.
• Taking ownership and pride in the gardens you maintain.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have RHS Level 2 Horticulture or NVQ Level 3.
Location: London and surrounding areas
Salary: Depending on experience
General: Vehicle & phone provided. 42.5hrs per week Monday to Friday (seasonal hours may differ), monthly paid salary.
Mobile Maintenance Team Member
This role is to support the Mobile Maintenance Team Leader however a driving licence is not essential.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have RHS Level 2 Horticulture or NVQ Level 3.
Static Site Team Member
We seek the same requirements as outlined for the Maintenance Team Leader however a driving licence is not critical.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have RHS Level 2 Horticulture or NVQ Level 3.
