Darren Bosworth – Managing Director

Trained in Landscape Garden Management at Askham Bryan college inspired by working with Grace Landscapes in Yorkshire, Darren managed a large private estate in Yorkshire, followed by landscape employment in the horticultural mecca which is New Zealand.

Having progressed his career from Contracts Manager to Managing Director of the Groundscape Division at Scotscape from 2012, it was time to move forward to create his own business and DB Landscape was born in 2022.

Urban greening sits at the heart of DB Landscape Management, we work on landscapers that support biodiversity, SuDs and sustainable green cities. Darren keeps a detailed view on our sites and has created a strong experienced team to support our clients biodiversity targets and sustainability strategies.

He has led landmark urban greening projects as an independent consultant supporting the successful delivery of PoliNations at Birmingham & Derby Forest.

Darren is a passionate advocate of horticultural careers and career development of his team and always open to supporting newcomers to this diverse industry.

Kyleigh Mcleod – Office Operations Manager

With 3 years in the Landscape Management Industry supporting team success, Kyleigh offers great organisational skills and process enhancements to ensure the business runs smoothly to meet and exceed internal employees and client expectations. In the short time Kyleigh has been with the business her attributes have made her an indispensable member to the dB Team!

Kyleigh is passionate about health & wellbeing having completed hiking trails such as her most recent challenge – mount Tuchel and loves spending time with her family.

Phil Fry – Landscape Maintenance Manager

Phil has been working in the Landscaping Industry since 2008, working initially in the garden maintenance sector.  His passion for gardens and landscapes led him to continue his professional journey into the landscape construction sector from 2010 before returning to his grounds maintenance roots in 2014.

With 18 years industry knowledge and experience across the public and private sectors Phil is a hugely valuable member of our team.

His experience includes many garden enhancements for commercial and residential developments over the years, he has a keen interest in installing and maintaining gardens that give back to those who enjoy them with scented and edible plants, creating real variety in the landscape.
