Trained in Landscape Garden Management at Askham Bryan college, Darren Bosworth (Managing Director) managed a large private estate in Yorkshire, followed by landscape employment in the horticultural mecca which is New Zealand.
Having progressed his career from Contracts Manager to Managing Director of the Groundscape Division at Scotscape from 2012, it was time to move forward to create his own business and DB Landscape was born.
Darren has led recent landmark urban greening projects as an independent consultant supporting the successful delivery of PoliNations at Birmingham & Derby Forest.
We endeavour to encourage young adults to join the horticulture industry and use the powerful knowledge of plants and landscape to improve our towns and cities for the greater good.
This is a landscaping company with a difference – wherever there is planting, we will ensure that it is horticulturally sound, whether we are taking on landscape schemes which have been neglected or taking forward newly planted commercial schemes, building landscapes or installing green events to raise awareness of the value of plants in the built environment. Making landscapes work hard to support biodiversity, SuDs and sustainable cities has never been more important.
